The second WACHS-Midwest COVID-19 Vaccination Program is coming to Gascoyne Junction – Woodgamia on Thursday 16th September 2021
A follow up clinic will run on Thursday 30th September for those unable to make this clinic or requiring a flu vaccination.
The clinic will be held at the Gascoyne Junction Community Resource Centre between 10.30am and 1.30pm.

AstraZeneca is available to those aged 60 years old and over and Pfizer for 59 year old and under.
Online registration and appointments can be made through Roll Up For WA or via Ainsley at the CRC on 08 9943 0988. Please touch base with her for further information.
To register online you will need your Medicare card handy. If you do not wish to register online, forms are available from from the CRC to register.
Whilst it is best to pre register there will be limited walk up spaces available on the day.
You cannot have the vaccination within 7 days of any other vaccination.
