The 2021 Horizon Power Community Christmas Party was held on Thursday December , thank you to everyone who attended and to our sponsors who made the event possible.
Horizon Power have been long term supporters of this event and we are again thankful for their generosity.
The evening kicked off with the end of year school concert and awards night for the Gascoyne Junction Remote Community School. What a talented bunch they are keeping us entertained, and a special debut performance of a play written by Dustin Walker.
Shire President Don Hammarquist and Shire CEO John McCleary welcomed guests and personally thanked each and every sponsor for their support of this night of nights.
The team from Geraldton Party Hire once again kept the crowd entertained with a mechanical bull and surfboard, jumping castle and a great range of tunes on the juke box.
Santa even made a special visit on the Upper Gascoyne Fire Engine with a special gift for each child with the help of his helpers at Carnarvon Toyworld.
A beautiful range of food was put together by Di, Chef Omo and team at the Junction Pub and Tourist Park. The cost of this portion of the evening was covered by Hastings Technologies.
